ROOMING HOUSE AT 77 MARKET ST:
Our rooming house is well maintained and professionally cared for, located in the heart of Manchester, NH. Furnished single rooms are available at a reasonable rate. Single rooms can NOT be used for more than one tenant. Double rooms (limited availability) are slightly more expensive, but can easily accommodte two people. Smoking is allowed in individual rooms, but not in any common area. There are no pets allowed at any time. Move in cost for the rooming house is the first week's rent plus a security deposit equal to one week's rent plus ten dollars. All utilities, digital cable TV service, and WiFi are all included in the rent. Rooms are furnished with a twin size bed, small refrigerator, chest of drawers, table/nightstand, and chair. There are applianced community kitchens. Bathrooms are shared but individually lockable. We also have a coin-op laundry on the first floor for the convenience of our tenants. For parking, tenants may acquire a parking permit from the city that allows them to park without putting money in the meters (around the residence only).
